about
Long Island’s Gamblers have announced their new EP, When We Exit. The first track is a compelling dream-pop meets indie-rock track, featuring NOVA ONE. Gamblers' genre fluidity is on full display with their new EP, which also features collaborations with Mick Jenkins and Skyzoo. “Preach Your Love” flexes the pop sensibilities and innate knack for writing delicate, yet catchy, songs that sits at the core of the band.
Speaking to their new single, frontman Michael McManus says; "The process of creating “Preach Your Love” was a reflection of that immediate connection you can feel while you're embarking on a new chapter, musically or otherwise with collaborators. To have new friends involved, like producers John Young and Reuben Cainer, while also getting to work with an old friend like NOVA ONE, whom I met over 10 years ago on tour when we were both playing in different bands, is a beautiful thing."

Lyrics:
Why's it so hard, to see you?
I preach your love, but can't see you
The world is small, green and blue
I'll drink your blood, to see you
Why's it so hard, to see you?
I preach your love, but can't see you
The world is small, green and blue
I'll drink your blood, to see you
Why's it so hard, to see you?
I preach your love, but can't see you
The world is small, green and blue
I drink your blood, to see you

For Gamblers leader Michael McManus, a few too many brushes with mortality have him feeling like there’s a great force
threatening to pound him literally into dust. Pulverizer however isn't a dark album. Gamblers serve a rousing fusion of organic and electronic sounds. It's the ultimate afterparty album that hasn’t entirely left the celebration behind....more
